You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use CYL88. Accounts opened by underage individuals will be permanently closed and any balance returned after KYC review.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one CYL88 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds obtained through multiple accounts will be forfeited.
All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (typically 10x–25x) before withdrawal. Maximum bet during a bonus period is capped at RM300 per round unless stated otherwise.
CYL88 reserves the right to request identity documents before processing withdrawals or at any time to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations. Providing false documents results in immediate account termination.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software (bots), bonus abuse, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. CYL88 will suspend accounts and void winnings where such conduct is identified.
You may request account closure at any time. Verified account balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned via your last-used payment method within 5 business days of approval.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CYL88 ("CYL88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the CYL88 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, betting, and account services (collectively, the "Platform").
CYL88 operates as an international online gaming platform offering sports betting, live dealer casino games, slots, and related gaming products. To register and maintain an Account on the CYL88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. CYL88 reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. CYL88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access.
CYL88 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
CYL88 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account closure.
If CYL88 identifies that a Player holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, IP addresses, or payment methods — CYL88 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from duplicate play, and retain any deposits pending investigation.
CYL88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrency wallets (USDT, BTC). The minimum deposit is RM30. CYL88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds must originate from accounts held in your own name.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or payment instruments previously used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. CYL88 reserves the right to request KYC documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow channels, and within one business day for FPX bank transfers.
All Account balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt. CYL88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
Standard transaction limits apply as follows: minimum deposit RM30, maximum deposit subject to individual payment method limits (up to RM30,000 for FPX), minimum withdrawal RM50. CYL88 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal caps at its discretion, which will be communicated to affected Players upon request.
All bonuses and promotions offered by CYL88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of between 10x and 25x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in cumulative qualifying bets before cashout is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows: video slots — 100%; live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Sic Bo) — 10%; table poker variants — 10%; crash games — 50%; fishing games — 50%. Sports betting contributions vary by promotion. CYL88 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates without notice.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake is RM300 per round or bet, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or otherwise — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the expiry window specified in the relevant promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will be automatically removed from the Account along with any winnings generated by those funds.
CYL88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — the following: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically wagering to exploit bonus terms, coordinating with other Players to guarantee outcomes, or any other conduct that CYL88 reasonably considers to constitute misuse of its promotional offerings. CYL88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where abuse is identified.
All bets placed on the CYL88 sportsbook are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. CYL88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where odds have been published in error, where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, or where the Platform is experiencing a technical fault.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts). In the case of EPL and Liga Super Malaysia matches, the 90-minute result including injury time governs unless otherwise specified in the market rules. CYL88's settlement decisions are final.
If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable rescheduling window, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts. In accumulator bets, the voided selection will be treated as a non-runner, and the bet will be recalculated at adjusted odds.
Live betting markets are available for selected events. Odds and markets are updated in real time. CYL88 cannot guarantee continuous availability of live markets due to data feed limitations. Bets accepted during a data feed delay remain valid at the odds confirmed at acceptance, unless a clear and material error has occurred.
CYL88 hosts casino and live dealer games supplied by third-party software providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or physical dealing equipment for live dealer titles. Reported theoretical RTP percentages for slot games are provided by the respective software studios and are based on long-run statistical averages — individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
CYL88 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a genuine technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not honoured.
Players acknowledge that all casino games carry a mathematical house edge and that no betting system, strategy, or approach can eliminate this edge over a statistically significant number of rounds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CYL88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the CYL88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the property of CYL88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of CYL88. Scraping of odds data, game content, or user data by automated means is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CYL88's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
CYL88 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or other infrastructure providers outside CYL88's reasonable control; or (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by CYL88's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
CYL88 may suspend an Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; a KYC discrepancy; an active self-exclusion request; or any other circumstance that CYL88 considers to warrant suspension in the interests of the Player, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform.
Following investigation, CYL88 may permanently terminate an Account where a material breach of these Terms has been established. Upon termination for cause, CYL88 may retain any Account balance pending resolution of the relevant investigation, and may forfeit Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, CYL88 will process any outstanding verified balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) to your registered payment method within five (5) business days. Voluntary closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion are processed immediately with withdrawal processing following standard timelines.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which CYL88 is licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute between you and CYL88, you agree to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. CYL88 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal support process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through the formal dispute resolution procedures specified in CYL88's licensing conditions, before resorting to litigation.
CYL88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, CYL88 will provide reasonable advance notice — typically no less than seven (7) days — via a Platform notice, email to your registered address, or both.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure before the effective date.
